Carol Groombridge is a ‘no nonsense’ business consultant who will work with you and your team to find solutions to the challenges of running a small business.
Carol’s aim is to ensure that your business is running as effectively and as efficiently as possible to maximise the profitability of your business.
She has vast managerial experience of operations, finance, business development, personnel and marketing and communications from both the private and public sectors. A fully qualified banker, Carol also has a Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Systems Practice.
Carol has particular expertise in working with dental practices however has experience of many other sectors.
Having run a small business for 5 years she fully understands the issues of having to ‘keep all of the plates spinning’ and the issues which can arise and appear to be complex on the face of it. Carol aims to bring simplicity from this complexity to make you and your team’s life as easy as possible to allow you to get on with what you are best at.
